Copyright — report content
VidKlik stores no videos. The tool only relays streams that platforms already serve publicly, and downloaded files travel directly from the platform’s servers to the user’s device. That fact shapes what a report to us can achieve: we can block access to reported content through VidKlik, but we cannot delete anything from Facebook itself — only the platform can do that.
What to include in your notice
Write to contact@vidklik.com with: the URL of the content as it appears through VidKlik; proof of your rights in it (what you own and where it is published); your contact details; and a statement that, in good faith, you believe the use is not authorized by you, your agent or the law. Complete notices are what let us act quickly — incomplete ones have to go back for clarification.
How we handle reports
Complete notices receive a priority reply, normally within 24–48 hours. Where a request is substantiated, we block access to the reported content through VidKlik. Where it is not — for example, where the content is the reporter’s own public post or licensed material — we explain why no block applies.
If you believe a block was wrong
If content of yours was blocked and you believe the block was a mistake, write to the same address with an explanation and any evidence supporting your right to publish it. We review counter-notices on the same priority basis and restore access where the evidence supports it.
Good faith
Please only submit notices you believe in good faith to be accurate. Knowingly false reports harm creators and users alike, and repeat unfounded notices may be disregarded.
