Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VidKlik. By using the tool, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Allowed use

VidKlik is for personal, lawful use. You may only download public videos, and only when you have the right to save them: your own videos, content published with reuse permission, or public-domain material. Downloading a video transfers no rights in it.

What is not allowed

You must not republish protected content without the author’s permission, exploit downloads commercially, or use the tool to harass anyone or to infringe rights. You must not try to circumvent the tool’s limits — private videos, friends-only posts and group videos are refused by design — and you must not abuse the service with bulk automated requests that degrade it for others. Fair-use rate limits apply.

Availability

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that third-party platform streams remain available: platforms change their formats, and a video that works today may not work tomorrow. When a platform’s feature stops working reliably, we disable it and close its pages rather than pretend otherwise.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded files. VidKlik is not liable for what third-party platforms serve, for content you download, or for how you reuse it. Respect creators’ rights: when in doubt, ask the creator before reusing anything.

Accounts and contact

VidKlik holds no user accounts, so there is nothing to register, recover or delete. Questions about these terms go to contact@vidklik.com; copyright matters go to the DMCA page, where they receive priority handling.
